Veritron Capital ("Veritron", "we", "us") operates the Veritron digital banking demonstration product available at veritron.capital. For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, Veritron is the data controller for personal information you provide through the product.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone number, date of birth, address.
- Identity information — government-issued ID photos and selfies when you complete KYC.
- Financial activity — accounts you open, transfers you send and receive, cards you create, savings goals, bills.
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and product analytics.
- Communications — messages you send via the contact form or support channels.
3. How we use your information
- To operate and maintain your Veritron account.
- To verify your identity and meet legal obligations.
- To detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To send you service notifications and, with your consent, product updates.
- To improve product quality using aggregated analytics.
4. Legal bases
Depending on your jurisdiction, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and your consent (which you may withdraw at any time).

Veritron implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data. See our Security page for details. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Veritron is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product and by email where appropriate.
